Shipping

To keep postage costs as low as possible, for deliveries to the UK I use second class postage and for international deliveries I use standard royal mail international delivery. I also offer tracked shipping for an increased cost.

All of my dispatch times are listed as 1-2 weeks. This is very conservative so no-one gets disappointed. I'm very likely to dispatch items within a week. If you really need something quickly, please let me know before ordering.

I will only dispatch an order after payment has been received.

Due to availability of beads, the colours in photos may not exactly match the colours of the item recieved.

Frequently asked questions

Do you sell patterns?

I've had a couple of inquiries about patterns. At the moment I don't sell my patterns. I would like to but it would take a lot of work to turn them into something ready to sell. All the same, let me know if you're interested. If I get enough interest, I will see if I can get some ready to sell.

What packaging do you use?

I package the creatures in a small box packed with foam and bubble wrap or tissue paper. To send the package I put it in a polythene envelope.

I don't usually include a receipt so the package, although I may include a business card or other promotional materials so please let me know if your order is a gift. If you do want a receipt please let me know.

Do you do custom orders?

I'm very happy to do custom or personalised orders, just message me if you're interested so I can let you know prices and dispatch times.
